Optimal health is much more than just being physically healthy. Sure, managing your weight is a part of it but it is only one small piece of the puzzle.
You are so much more than your weight, which is why I have shifted the focus of my practice to include more than just weight loss.
When I refer to your journey to health, I am talking about:
>Becoming physically fit
>Strengthening your emotional health
>Developing a more solid support system
>Exercising your intellectual muscle
>Cultivating your spiritual beliefs and values
>Finding meaning in your occupation
>Learning financial responsibility
>Caring for your environment
Your journey to health encompasses all of these, which is why when we work together, we focus on more than just getting you to a smaller size.
My goal is to help you improve your overall heath and that means working on each these areas to bring you closer to where you were meant to be.
Feeling overwhelmed?
You, my dear, are a work in progress and so you already have many strengths and qualities that will help you get further in your journey than you ever thought possible.
You have made it this far in life and now it's time to go further in your journey.
As women, we have unique needs and who better to have by your side when you are striving to improve yourself than other women, who can understand and cheer you on along the way?!
You don’t have to take this journey alone…let’s do this!
If you haven't already, join my Facebook community, Journey to Health. We are a group of women who re all working towards improving our health and becoming the women we were meant to be.
I created this week's video to share with you all about the 8 dimensions of wellness. Each area I speak about compliment one another and so working on bettering one will naturally help you improve in another.
My challenge to you is to choose one area this week and commit to doing one action each day to grow in that specific dimension.
Watch the video to see what I'm talking about, then let me know what's on your list:
