Do Sleepless Nights Leave You Exhausted, Frustrated, and Drained?
Living with insomnia can feel like a never-ending battle. The frustration of lying awake, the anxiety about another restless night, and the exhaustion that follows can take a toll on every aspect of your life. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
>> You toss and turn for hours, unable to fall asleep
>> You wake up multiple times during the night and can’t get back to sleep
>> You dread bedtime because you’re worried about how little sleep you’ll get
>> Your days are filled with fatigue, irritability, and difficulty concentrating
>> You feel disconnected from loved ones because you’re too tired to fully engage
>> Your mind races at night, replaying worries and keeping you awake
Our CBT-I therapy group is designed to help you break free from the cycle of insomnia and rediscover the restful, restorative sleep you deserve.
Topics We Will Cover
What You Can Expect
This 5-week CBT-I therapy group begins on Monday, January 13th, 2025 and will meet weekly on Monday evenings at 926 Main Street, Suite 14. The program includes one individual intake session, five group therapy sessions, and one follow-up session to track your progress, along with all handouts and materials. The cost for participation is $550 if not covered by insurance. The first step is to schedule a consultation to assess if the group is a good fit for you. If a diagnosis of insomnia is warranted, insurance may be billed, but participants are encouraged to confirm with their insurance provider if group therapy is covered. We will keep group size to a maximum of 8 participants but if there is significant interest, additional groups may be scheduled.
